MAGIC FORREST planning meeting

We are planning to create magical, special and healthy experience for children 2-8 years old this year for Halloween evening at Urban Sprouts Preschool.

Let's get together and plan the candle lit path through our garden and rooms where children will follow a fairy to encounter familiar story characters...

The success of this event depends on parent’s efforts. We need your ideas as well as your talents as artists, musicians, storytellers and actors!
Here is kind of what we have in mind:

Children will be welcomed at the garden gate by two fairies and follow them on the candlelit paths. Along the way the group will encounter [their parents dressed up as] familiar story characters. Some characters will give children small healthy treats. At one point the group will sit down to watch a shadow theater performance. After that children will crawl through a tunnel [made out of tent with two exits and decorated] and walk out through the garage filled with foliage. There will not be anything scary, just magical…

We will probably need to meet just once to discuss the ideas and decide on the roles. Set up should not take more than 1.5 hours on the 31st.
